The first transnational project meeting of the project had as its scope to get the consortium to meet and exchange their valuable experiences on adult education for integration. The meeting took place on September 3 and 4 at the mountain center in Thebe, where Afidel invited the representatives of the partner’s training organizations from Finland, Greece, Romania, Italy and Spain to discuss their respective practices.

All our organisations are either associations, federations, or private organizations, but all of them involve in their training a social or integration character and the aim of the first meeting was to highlight said practices and brainstorm on the good practices to be presented in each of the following meetings.

“Whether in the north or southern Europe we often find the same profile of disadvantaged people, the same rural problems. We meet in order to work together on better methods by pooling our resources”.
