The sixth meeting of SMILES team in Patras was one of the mobility activities of the project.

During the meeting in Patras, the following themes were prevalent in the practices shown:

1. Grassroots organisations and their work in changing the city’s culture and acceptance of migrants/refugees
2. Methods, frameworks, employment and learning opportunities addressed to migrants and refugees in order to achieve inclusion and increase their skills
3. NGOs based on volunteering and promoting cultural events to help with inclusion on local level
4. Sharing of experiences, discussing expectations and exchanging hands-on practices between the participants
