The final meeting of SMILES team took place in the Centre de Montagne at Thèbe (near Saint Gaudens).

As with all previous meetings, the objectives were to enhance the links of participant organizations, learn about new cultures, and improve the connection within Europe by means of spending a short period of time in another country and institution and, specifically, by learning and sharing expertise related to the project topic: social integration of migrants and disadvantaged groups.

The meeting was set around the specific themes of:

1. Inclusion through employment in settings promoting sustainability and green economy
2. Grassroots organisations that help support migrants and refugees on a local level and especially when it comes to communication with authorities
3. State-supported institutions that help cover needs such as financial support for some months and language lessons
4. Artistic interventions to raise awareness of the difficult realities of migration and inclusion
